Shipping Partners & Origin

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner CJDropshipping from specialized workshops worldwide – usually from China. Shipping is handled by international courier services such as YunExpress, ePacket, or similar providers.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. After you place your order, we typically need 1–3 business days to process it and forward it to our fulfillment partner.

Please note: These figures are estimates. Delays due to customs clearance, holidays, or extraordinary circumstances are beyond our control.

Partial Deliveries

For orders with multiple items, it is possible that they may be delivered in separate packages and at different times. In this case, you will receive multiple shipping confirmations, each with its own tracking number. This is not an error – all items in your order are on their way to you.

Tracking Shipments

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your shipment online at any time.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us at hello@ashanddusk.com. We will promptly arrange for a reshipment or refund.

Customs and Import Duties

Since our products are shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply upon import into your country. These costs are not included in the product price and are borne by the buyer. The amount of the charges depends on the respective destination country and its applicable regulations.

Note for EU customers: As of July 2021, the EU no longer has a duty-free limit for shipments under €22. VAT may be levied on all imports. We recommend that you inform yourself in advance with the relevant customs authorities.
