What is your return policy?
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days at hello@ashanddusk.com with a photo. We offer a free replacement or full refund – no complicated returns necessary.
Are purchases excluded from exchange?
We cannot accept returns of incense sticks, incense cones, and sage bundles that have already been opened or lit, for hygiene reasons. Scent bead bracelets that have already been worn are also excluded from exchange for the same reasons. All other products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time is 7-20 business days depending on the destination country. Every order is sent with tracking. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, we will deliver it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products come from specialized manufacturers and workshops in Asia – a region with centuries of tradition in the production of incense and handmade ritual objects. Each product is inspected and selected by us before being included in our range. We only work with suppliers whose quality and workmanship meet our standards.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 45. For orders under CHF 45, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 5. We ship to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the EU, and Great Britain. Every order is sent with tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust or cancel it. Write to us as soon as possible at hello@ashanddusk.com. Once the package is on its way, unfortunately, changes are no longer possible.
My package hasn't arrived in weeks – what should I do?
Delivery takes 7–20 business days. If your package has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us at hello@ashanddusk.com. We will redeliver free of charge or issue a full refund – no ifs, ands, or buts.
Are your incense sticks safe to use?
Our incense sticks are made from natural wood powder and vegetable binder – without synthetic fragrances or charcoal. As with any incense, we recommend ventilating the room well during and after burning, and never leaving the stick burning unattended.
